SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Still & Held website.

All products are made to order and fulfilled using third-party print-on-demand providers, including Printify.


1. Order processing and fulfilment

All items are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Orders are processed in two stages:

1.1 Production time

Once an order is placed, it is sent to a Printify fulfilment partner for production.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on:

  • Product type
  • Print provider
  • Seasonal demand
  • Stock availability

Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


2. Shipping and delivery times

Once production is complete, the order is shipped using the selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

United Kingdom and international orders (typical estimates)

  • Standard shipping: approximately 7–21 business days total (production + delivery)
  • Faster shipping options (where available): may reduce transit time but do not remove production time

Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is placed, and includes both production and shipping transit time.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.


3. Tracking information

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Tracking updates may take time to activate depending on the carrier used.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Destination
  • Print provider
  • Shipping method selected

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under UK consumer law.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Print provider production delays

We will always work with our fulfilment partners (including Printify) to resolve delays where possible.


6. Incorrect address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Lost or missing parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or appears delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, please contact us.

We may require investigation with the carrier or Printify before issuing a resolution.


8. Printify fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled by third-party print providers via Printify.

As a result:

  • Production and shipping times may vary between items
  • Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on availability

We rely on Printify and its partner network to produce and dispatch items on our behalf.
